Excessive Hanging Tree Over Road

It appears this pine tree has been overhanging the roadway for a few months now above the wall that is alongside seven sister road, we are very concerned that it could just fall down on either a vehicle on the road or onto a person walking underneath it. With the recent high winds we have had and will no doubt have more of over the season I strongly suggest this leaning tree is removed sooner rather than later before it potentially causes a very serious accident/fatal injury.
