The grass verge and weeds are overgrowing path

At several points along this main stretch of road the grass verge and weeds are overtaking the path. We walk here regularly and the stinging nettles are an issue but also the path is restricted now so it’s not wide enough to safely walk, if somebody had a wheelchair it would not be passable
