Flooding from Kings Road into Station Road

Rainwater from Kings Road is not being collected by the road gullies and is being discharged into Station Road causing severe flooding. A larger drain was installed near the bottom of Kings Road earlier this year but most of the water bypasses it. I have video of this but your system does't allow videos to be uploaded. This happens every single time we have heavy rain. It also causes the foul water system to overflow onto my driveway. We have repeatedly told Island Roads, the IOW Council, Southern Water and our Parish Council about this for the last 4 YEARS we have lived here but only the PC seems willing to help!
