Very overgrown hedge

I have already reported this hedge around my property and you kindly sent two gentlemen who just cut back the nettles brambles etc. Unfortunately it needs much more attention than that. We have only lived here 4 months and the top has grown at least 6ft in parts. It needs a huge amount off of the top and sides as it is growing up a light/electric pole in parts. I'm sure you already have pictures of it....but it's much taller now. I really would appreciate it if you could send someone with the right equipment. Thank you in advance
