Over hanging hedge

This hedge is dangerous over hanging right on top of Zebra Crossing between 146 & 148 Binstead Lodge road. The house in question is 146, it's up for sake. The pathway is used by parents who takes there children to Binstead Primary school. Coming up pathway you have barrier sharpe right hedge sicking out, it's blind area, I'm on my mobility had job to turn, same as parents, even the road signs are buried in the hedge, its so dangerous on school route, and right on top of Zebra Crossing
