Manhole cover at entrance to heytesbury rd

Sent to Island Roads 14 hours, 23 minutes later. Enquiry ref: 16273600.

This cover was fixed one time before several years ago and has now dropped again enough to cause it to rattle and thump every time traffic goes over it and as busy as this road is it’s very irritating and noisy and does disrupt sleep. There is also a smaller cover close by that rattles as well
