Ban of cycling

Sent to Island Roads 3 hours, 39 minutes later. Enquiry ref: 16273445.

The signage is not clear about not cycling on the cliff path. I have witnessed 9 cyclists in 2 hours. One gentleman pointed out to a cyclist on an electric bicycle that he shouldn't be cycling and his response was " I haven't seen any signs!" And cycled off! They are not visible once they are on the path. More please or someone fining them! Re
