Bad workman ship

Date 22nd July 2024 Your Reference number :- 16271701 Yesterday 22nd July at around 11am one of you pickup vans pulled up outside my property. To my delight I realised the workers were cutting the hedge with hedge trimmer. I estimate they were here for at the most 5 minutes & left. Went out later in the day & saw the ‘pigs ear’ of a badly done job & well below your standards of work. The vertical sides were badly trimmed, the upper portion was left & to be honest is no better than when they started. Trimmings left on both top & bottom paths leaving in very untidy mess. Therefore can you please send your warden to come ASAP to view the state the hedge was left in! You have photos from my 1st request to compare with the photos taken today so you can compare with the originals. I’m sure you would agree that the resulting trim is a complete failure & not fixed as stated. Can you reply to my comments ASAP please.
