Overgrown foliage obstructing the footpath

The budjelia growing in Sandown Road where the telephone box used to be between Osterley Lodge no. 62 and Flitcroft Gardens frontage is obstructing the pavement. Residents from Flitcroft Gardens have been quite forcefully complaining to me but it is not on our land.
