Abandoned car

Sent to Island Roads 42 minutes later. Enquiry ref: 16271890.

Car has been left for approximately 6 months and the MOT has now expired which I believe it needs to have where it has been left as it is classed as on road parking. Has a flat tyre. Was advised to report it in here by someone for island roads who was taking photos of another car that’s in the same area.
