Overhanging/overgrown trees and potential ash dieback

Sent to Island Roads 13 hours, 19 minutes later. Enquiry ref: 16271745.
A once small elderberry sapling has become overgrown so that it is now overgrowing the public bench and into the adjacent, my, property. I need to inspect the outer side of my wall and remove the ivy from it, which incidentally has already as a result of this tree growing over, grown into the pointing of the wall causing damage to it. I need to stop this to prevent further damage to my wall and to fix it. This is not the first time I have contacted you about it, it has been going on for several years now getting bigger and bigger. Also the ash trees nearby are over growing into my property to the extent that they are nearly touching my guttering which if any falls off could cause damage and a claim on insurance. Please can you prune it. There is also potentially ash dieback in the ash trees next to it, they do not look as health and in leaf as previous years.
