Grass cutting

Following the recent grass cutting it has become obvious that the council has absolutely no pride in the area it is mandated to care for. The periods between cutting is excessive and the failure to collect the grass cutting leave the area looking like a slum. The population of the area consists mainly retired people who get very little for their council tax.
