The pollarded Plane Tree has sprouted growth from it’s tree trunk at the junction of Grove Road / Mill Hill Road

This foliage obscured the view to the left when exiting Grove Road into Mill Hill Road. This situation was, in part, a contributing factor in a vehicle collision on 13 June 2024 This reduced visibility was not an issue whilst the tree trunk was bare of foliage. Please can this be attended to asap
