Two abandoned vehicles with no tax and mot

Teo vehicles abandoned for almost 6 weeks, both with no tax and one with no MOT or tax. Causing significant risk to drivers of the road and pedestrians as the pavement is covered by one and the other causing obstructions. Both havnt moved at all and show signs of abandonment and both are untaxed but still on a public road as well as one having no MOT.
