Sent to Island Roads 2 days, 13 hours, 21 minutes later. Enquiry ref: 16271538.

I reported this in Nov 23 and it was supposed to be passed to someone to get sorted. It still hasn't been fixed. The surface is falling apart around a fire hydrant cover. It's in the road at the top of a path.
