Dislodged lump of concrete which is raised above carriageway at bottom of drive leading to Briar Well, Moons Hill

Sent to Island Roads 5 minutes later. Enquiry ref: 16270973.

Large concrete lump dislodged, revealing a hole about 1 foot deep at edge of carriageway. It appears that the drain is broken, as running water can be seen. The concrete is raised and might cause a hazard to passing traffic, it hit by a vehicle.
