This tree is in a private garden is is overhanging the pavement and road and will get worse and it comes into leaf and grows further. I also believe it may have been planted contrary to the original planning application which gave a clear view for access to and from the driveway for the electricity substation and flat at 33/33a Landguard Road, the wall was lowered and railings put in to allow a safe view of oncoming traffic which is very difficult now.
