A van with a sign in the window saying “Do not crank. No belt” has been parked on the street outside 43 Fishbourne Lane for at least 10 months. As there are only 3 spaces for 3 houses with no driveway this causes a lot of inconvenience for the residents. This was previously reported in December 2023 (ref 16256959) but no action was taken as it had valid tax & MOT. The MOT has now expired.
