Damage to carriageway and pavement.

Sent to Island Roads 2 days, 7 hours, 28 minutes later. Enquiry ref: 16269654.

BT have recently undertaken work to the carriageway and pavement in Westwood Close.

The repair work is really quite poor, in some areas on the pavement it is a genuine trip hazard. Where it meets the pavement it’s a total mess.

I do not believe it would meet the minimum standard for repair work to public roads/pavements, but should not have to be repaired by yourselves in the future - the contractor responsible should really come back and sort it.
