You are tresspassing You believe the first 1.0m of the verge is public highway whereby the local authority is responsible for the ongoing maintenance. you previously accepted correctly a verge is not a bank.. i own the bank. You have widened the road and are attacking my bank such that hedges are now on the edge of the road. This extends over some distance. I want the road cut back to its original width, the road gully moved onto your land and the bank replaced.
