Car park lighting obscured by extensive overgrown foliage

I think there are three street lamps in this area. They are obscured by high level foliage. Also, the attractive church arches alongside are no longer visible due to foliage hanging down from above. Ventnor is a seaside town relying on visitors for income. It is important that this very visible area is maintained to a high standard.
