Abandoned vehicles

Sent to Island Roads 2 hours, 31 minutes later. Enquiry ref: 16267117.

There is 2 abandoned vehicles along Thetis Road, the first a white van Registration EA54 MWC, this has had 3 notices placed on it in the last 6 month, the latest said that if not moved the council would move and summon the owner. The road tax was due 6/7/23, the MOT expired 19/4/23. is this just going to stay there? The second vehicle HW54 FHC a Red KIA parked just across the road from the van has not been taxed for the last 7 years yet has an MOT would suggest this has been used illegally on the road in the past year. But has not moved for about 3 months just taking up parking spaces. Can these be moved?
