Yet again my driveway and garage are flooded. please see pictures

This problem has been ongoing for years and everytime I report it you say everything is ok. Well you can clearly see it isn’t. To the rear of our property is a stream which is part of the Eastern Yar. The 2 properties behind us on Whitwell High St, Rose Cottage and The Forge have built there gardens over it to claim extra land. This really needs investigation as there is nowhere for the excess rain water to go now. Our back gardens 22,24,26 Bannock Road are completely unusable now as there is just so much water laying on them as there is nowhere for the water to go. I am also going to contact the Environmental Agency as this just cannot continue, our house and garage are so damp now. Please send your Steward out when you receive the report rather than 3 or 4 days later.
