Water continuously pouring out from under a slab in Big Meade park and running over the pavement on Church Road. Running for number of months. Presumably part of overflow for pond, which has been high during this time, and blockage in pipe preventing water from running away. Blockage needs to be cleared so water runs away without overflowing onto pavement.
