Running water near 27 school lane creating potholes

Over the last few months there has been running water coming from the ground which has created potholes, the holes have been filled in twice but water is still running up through the tarmac so it’s going to create another pothole soon unless the water is stopped. Southern water have tested the water and it’s not chlorinated so not a burst pipe. This needs investigating rather than just filling in as within a month another pothole would have formed like last time!
