Streetlight not working

Sent to Island Roads 27 minutes later. Enquiry ref: 16261309.

One of the street lights has not worked for months. I’m just streetlight on the entrance to the car park comes on stays on for about five minutes and then goes off again and then goes back on again. The car park gets extremely dark. Can’t see the edge of the pavement which my wife has now tripped up three times. Could you please look into this
