Flooding on Yarmouth-Freshwater cycleway

Reported via desktop in the Footway Flood Non Hazardous category by YARMOUTH TOWN COUNCIL at 11:10, Monday 12 February 2024

Sent to Island Roads 4 hours, 46 minutes later. Enquiry ref: 16261078.

At high tide, even without a strong wind, the Yar water is running into the path. The weather and tides are eroding the defence "wall" (a few sandbags) where it's most exposed. This is just passed Mill Copse and before the little bridge.
