Blocked drain

The drain immediately outside baycroft in morton old road Brading is yet again blocked. We have spent 2 hours trying to unblock it. And the rain wasn't even that heavy. It only slowly went when the rain stopped. The drain on our property was full and flooding all round again because it goes into the outside drain which was blocked. This is not the first time this has happened. We were flooded out in 2021 where we lost everything. We have now had enough. This is also connected to the drain in morton Manor Road which has been reported over 8 weeks ago. Would like to know when that will be done. The blocked drain is now an emergency as we will flood again.
