Missing bin Eastcliff Car Park

Sent to Island Roads 1 hour, 11 minutes later. Enquiry ref: 16260825.

The bin was removed in it's entirety some weeks ago and has not been replaced. Last year a bin was similarly removed in the high street ....it was many months (and many complaints) before reinstatement... these bins are needed !
