Water coming from Ashdale, Kemming Road is covering pavement and carriageway. Particularly treacherous when frozen for pedestrians having to navigate the ice by stepping onto road. When not frozen over, the seeping Water/discharge is slimy in consistency which is also slippery and dangerous. This problem has been longstanding but particularly hazardous in icy conditions.
