Drainage grid not fixed

Sent to Island Roads 13 hours, 24 minutes later. Enquiry ref: 16255605.

I reported this drain being absolutely full of mud and debris so blocked and water build up all over pavement and road around it. Nowhere to walk to avoid being soaked either. It says it’s been fixed but nothing has been done still full to top of debris and mud. Job number 16253641
