Leaves blocking drains

Morning - this unfortunately is becoming a yearly issue - between my house and No's 26 and 30, there is an amassing of leaves which due to this time of year are falling from the trees in the street and are amassing in the gutter thus blocking the drains. With the recent rainfall the water is simply flooding out and the leaves are and will continue to clog your drains.Could you arrange and clean up - (or , as stated in previous years, if you supply me with a "brown Bin" I'd be willing to sweep up for me and my neighbor's if this helps you. Thankyou
