Blocked / silted up pavement drain outside Sandown Library

The pavement outside Sandown Library at 8.00am this morning was impassible due to flooding caused by the pavement drain not working properly. Pedestrians to gain access to buildings and the High Street have to enter the road which is dangerous when wet and dark.
