Culvert remained blocked after feedback that it had been resolved

With reference to enquiry number 16254077 (& also related earlier reported enquiry number 16253880) I have had today a ‘fixed’ notification @ approximately 15:00 to the issue of the blocked lower exit pipe in the Culvert outside my property… I have come home from work @ 16:30 to expectations that the culvert would be draining appropriately from the lower pipe… to my total disappointment and frustration the Culvert was virtually ‘Stagnant’ with the water level in the Culvert almost at the level of the upper exit pipe… in addition the second crash screen ( located between the ditch and the culvert was loose & floating in the Stagnant Culvert water) , the crash screen was in place when I looked this morning ( see attached photos for evidence of the stagnant culvert and floating crash screen)

I have just used my own drain rods to try and unblock the lower pipe , after some considerable effort I have managed to introduce some level of clearance … however the diameter of the drain rod is clearly not sufficient to completely unblock / clear the mud and silt build up.

I am at a loss to understand what action was taken to lead to a ‘fixed’ notification of the issue - clearly island roads attended the Culvert … the dislodged crash screen being one piece of evidence.

I am now expecting some urgent action for this issue to become resolved , it shouldn’t be for me to come home and have to use my drain rods to clear your culvert to prevent my property from potentially flooding. I am more than happy to meet with the district steward & or the culvert cleaning crew to discuss the issue in detail if my explanation of the issue is not clear enough.
