Loose Manhole Cover

This noisy/loose manhole cover has been loose for some time (at least a couple of years) but it has become much worse recently. There is a constant bang, bang, as vehicles drive over it. It is so bad we cannot have our windows open due the constant noise. It would be much appreciated by all residents around this junction if you would sort this out as soon as possible.
