Pan lane illegal parking.

Even though it's violating rules 243 of the highway code and laws RTA 1988 section 22 and CUR reg 103. People are still continuously parking in front of the road junction and directly in front of my driveway, blocking the road, blocking emergency access, blocking entrance and exit of 7 residential premises. I have put ample signage up, and leaving notes on cars, but people still continue. In this latest episode, i was called out on an emergency (I'm an emergency worker) and i couldn't leave my driveway. I'm not allowed to go into detail but due to this, the outcome of the call out was less than pleasant. The cars (2 today) are blocking emergency access, blocking the bin lorry. The farmer couldn't even leave his land today so had to put off todays work and everyone, and i mean EVERYONE in this area is at our last straw. Some people are thinking of removing the vehicles themselves, some people are thinking of putting bolt in barricades to the road, one neighbour is thinking about just blocking the road entirely, someone else is thinking about getting signs put in but doesn't think it'll be enough and we are now forced to get someone to come and widen our driveway in the HOPE that we might be able to get in and out easier when these cars are parked here. ALL WE NEED, is proper signage, proper road markings and that's it! Super easy, quick and affordable. I have reported this multiple times, my neighbours have reported this multiple times and nothing has happened and now the summer is coming into play, it's only getting worse! I'm loosing work, people are being lost in emergency situations because i cannot response and we are all loosing our patience. Police have been called many times to this location due to fights and arguments about the parking. Something needs to be done NOW before something gets out of hand and something serious happens. If nothing get's done, i know for a fact that my neighbours will take matters into their own hands, especially the farmer.
