Overhanging foliage between Island Harbour & IOW Festival Site

There is insufficient headroom and width clearance for the festival's golf buggies to pass each other on the cycle track/footpath between the festival site and Island Harbour. This is an annual event and occurs each June. There needs to be six feet of headroom, with the foliage cut back to the edges of the pathway to avoid injury to the people travelling in the buggies.
