The van is on double yellow lines, completely obscuring the view round the corner and causing a major hazard for anyone coming in or out of the close.

The driver continuously parks there at various times, selfishly blocking the view and causing a hazard to pedestrians and cars, multiple times this has almost lead to accidents at the entrance to the close.
