Disabled parking bay not in use

Sent to Island Roads 11 hours, 10 minutes later. Enquiry ref: 16241960.

There is two disabled parking bays on St John’s road and one one is in use. Unfortunately the gentleman that had the 2nd one has passed away nearly a year ago so it’s not needed and with the yellow lines being extended this will add to the issue
