I am opening a new shop and would like to request that the bin is moved slightly to the right as you look at the bin. The shop will be serving coffee and have outside seating therefore having the bins situated there isn’t customer friendly. Moving the bin 10ft will not change the service or availability to people but it will support a new business and also reduce car parking in that area
