Untaxed car AP04 XDM

Sent to Island Roads 1 day, 22 minutes later. Enquiry ref: 16240124.

This car has been untaxed on the road for months,and is taking up much needed parking space. I saw an Island Roads recovery vehicle speak to the owner,who also has another car parked next to the untaxed one,and the the Recovery vehicle drove away without removing the car.
