Harding Shute, along its entire length suffers from extreme littering, mainly fast food from nearby drive throughs. CLOSE THEM DOWN IF CRETINS CANT USE THEM PROPERLY. I have raise this issue & the council needs to install CCTV to get the SCUM, then crush their vehicles. I have complained many times before & just picking up the litter is not a solution. MacDonalds who say they care about the environment need to be more careful about who they sell to
