Abandoned vehicle
Sent to Island Roads 15 minutes later. Enquiry ref: 16238266.
This vehicle has been where it is for over a year now. It has rust,flat tyres, rubbish underneath, it is unlocked as local children sometimes mess about in it. I believe it is full up with all sorts rubbish including old broken bottles etc of alcohol and other stuff. No one has ever been in it (apart from kids).
