Horrid condition of Alpine Road

Dear Sirs, we have been writing to you on and off for the past 18 years about the condition of Alpine Road Ventnor mainly from Zig zag road junction all the way down. See photos. For some reason we are always told ( also by your predecessors) that a resurfacing is programmed but it has never been carried out for the past 18 years.When will you it be done and why is it not being carried out? You are already working at the bottom end of Alpine road to fix a wall but ignoring the horrid condition of the road itself.Can we have some response in writing so we can take it up with our M.P. Bob Seely please. Many thanks
