Road below kerb has disintegrated

This kerb should be dropped to allow access, particularly for a mobility scooter belonging to the resident at Rosehill. However the carriageway is subject to addition wear as it is on the approach to a blind bend and has a constant stream of water during winter months. The "dropped" kerb is no longer safe for access to the property using a wheelchair or mobility scooter.
