Outside Sainsbury's on Union St Ryde there is an oversize advertising board that is taking up nearly half the pavement. It is a significant hazard and inconvenience, particularly for the visually impaired. Surely there must be some regulation preventing this and enabling it to be removed. Anything you can do would be appreciated. Thanks.
