The channel running adjacent to our properties is blocked and overgrown. As this has not been maintained surface water is backing up around our properties causing a potential flooding issue. We have attended to dig out section on our land however it reaches this verge and doesn't flow. Can this please be looked into. This is an ongoing issue and occurs every year
