Road surface around manhole is missing

Sent to Island Roads 9 hours, 25 minutes later. Enquiry ref: 16235033.

I filed a previous notification but reported it under the wrong category…it is NOT a problem with ironwork or manhole cover, the problem (outside 35 North Road) is caused by the road surface which has disappeared from around the ironwork causing car tyres to drop into the dip and create a thudding sound. The road surface is breaking up and the problem is increasing. The thudding from the cars passing over it is disturbing our sleep. We would be grateful if you could look into it please. Thank you
