Blocked drain on the corner by Seaview lane, turning towards Rowantree drive. Outside the house called Coppers

I reported this problem late last year as the drain on the corner had been blocked there for several weeks so the pavement was always entirely covered in around 3-5mm of water along about a 5-10 metre stretch. This was investigated and resolved but since Christmas the pavement is always wet again for a longer stretch than before and with the low temps it’s now a 15 ish metre long sheet of ice covering the whole pavement. As it’s near the school this morning all the children and parents had to walk in the busy road to avoid slipping.
