Road gully/ drain opposite drainage ditch culvert ( Right hand side of Corve hill approaching Wolverton/ Yafford)

The recent reported drainage issue ( Ref 16230792) has a related issue which requires investigation- addressing the pipes under Corve hill which take water from the culvert to the drainage system has been addressed & thank you for that action - however the drainage issue now moves to the road gull/ drain on the opposite side of the road- whilst the road gully/ drain does ‘run’ with moderate water flows when we have significant rain fall this road gully/ drain backs up which has the knock on effect of backing up my drainage ditch which then leads to major garden flooding and the high potential for my property to be flooded.

The ‘downstream’ flow from the road gully/ ditch needs to be investigated for restrictions or possible collapse - it’s unclear just what route the drainage system follows from this road gully / drain however I am led to believe from local residents that it follows a route underneath the parish hall car park and down the back of houses in Starks close ( Rightbhand side) and ultimately flowing in to an open ditch in the local recreation ground
